via email or over the phone. If you believe you are faced with a medical emergency you need to dial 9-1-1 or go to the nearest Emergency Department. Oswego Hospital’s Emergency Department is opened 24 hours a day and staff there will be glad to care for you.
 
Oswego Health also operates an Urgent Care Center at 510 South Fourth Street in Fulton. The Center is open 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily to treat minor illnesses and injuries.
