Oswego Hospital’s maternity center offers several classes to help new parents prepare for the birth of their child. Details about our childbirth and breast feeding classes are below.

Prepared Childbirth Class:
Six classes focus on labor, delivery and parenting. Sessions are held throughout the year. Pre-registration is required and a fee is charged. Parents-to-be are encouraged to call us to register as
soon as pregnancy is confirmed. Call (315) 349-5572 between
7 am - 3 pm.
Breast Feeding Class: ($15 Registration Fee)
Our introduction to breastfeeding class is held the first Thursday of every month from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Oswego Hospital. All aspects of breastfeeding are addressed, from the benefits of breastfeeding to diet positions for feeding, weaning and much more. Pre-registration is required and a fee is charged.
