The Fulton Health Services Center provides physical therapy services.

Physical therapy sessions are by appointment between 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The center is closed for lunch from noon until 12:30 p.m.

Lab hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays
9 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekends and holidays
